Excellent and friendly service from the technicians at Tires Plus. I came in to get a nail in my back tire removed and plugged. Due to the location of the nail they weren’t able to plug it. It’s hard going in and thinking one price then finding out, nope, there’s more but? that’s life. I feel good about the price they quoted. It was reasonable.

The team was a great help when I had a sudden issue. They had the problem diagnosed and corrected within an hour, and went above and beyond. In the past, I was honored twice when my employers were given Malcom Baldrige Quality Service Awards, so I know excellent service when I receive it. Feel free to share this feedback with the team.

DO NOT GET A ALIGNMENT HERE Came here for an alignment, before I left I asked if I could get a copy of the before and after measurements.. guy says printer is “down” cool. I leave my steering wheel isn’t straight still pulling to the side.. didn’t bother to call them back to complain about it just because of how unprofessional the guy working up front was.. Took it to a different shop where they were able to give me a print out of before and after measurements, also do their job.

Thanks to the guys at the University Blvd location, they got my Ram 1500 riding like it’s new again. I see a lot of reviews complaining about how long it takes. But I must say these guys if they’re taking a long time it’s because they are trying to give you the best results. So if you want the best results be prepared to wait for a while? If not rush them and you get what you get.

I had a 3:00 pm appointment for a simple oil change, yet I ended up waiting nearly three hours. When my car was finally returned, the seats and dashboard were left dirty with oil and grime. On top of that, the technician didn’t reset the oil change light or record the next mileage for the service. After wasting hours of my time, I would have had to go back again just to ask them to finish what they should have done in the first place. As a long-time Tire Plus customer, this experience was a huge disappointment and will be my last visit to this location. If you value your car, your money, and your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and stay away from this store.
